Our Story

With a 25-year career spanning financial services, technology, and social sustainability across global markets, Tribeni brings a rare blend of strategic insight, people-centered leadership, and systems thinking to her practice. Her coaching includes executive, leadership, and career development, supporting professionals at all levels. This includes rising talent, mid-career professionals, and senior executives, particularly those navigating transition, complexity, or experiences of underrepresentation.

She works especially well with individuals who may feel overlooked or underestimated because of their gender, ethnicity, cultural background, neurodiversity, working patterns such as part-time roles, or non-traditional pathways into leadership. Tribeni creates a space where clients can reconnect with their identity, reclaim their narrative, and build the confidence and strategy needed to lead with impact.

She has held senior roles at Visa, including Director of Inclusive Impact & Sustainability and Head of Change Management for Europe Finance. In these roles, she led award-winning initiatives in social responsibility, inclusive leadership, and organisational transformation.

Tribeni is currently pursuing a Master’s in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School. She also holds an Executive MBA with Distinction from Warwick Business School. Her approach is grounded in psychological depth, behavioural insight, and real-world leadership experience.

Her work has received multiple recognitions, including the TechWomen100, Rising Star (Editor’s Choice, WeAreTheCity), Top 100 Asian Stars in UK Tech, and several appearances in the Women in Fintech Powerlist. She is also the founder of a STEM bursary for girls from disadvantaged backgrounds, demonstrating her commitment to enabling equity and access.

Through Kinspace, Tribeni helps clients unlock their unique potential and lead with clarity, confidence, and conscience. Her aim is to make impact not just possible, but inclusive and sustainable.
